In West Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days, until I got into a fight with someone from school, shot a gun for no reason started acting a damn fool. Uncle Phil used his money and influence, greased a few wheels, got me away from those gangsters who were all up in their feels. Now I'm in Bel-Air, where everybody is lying and faking, oh hi Geoffrey the Butler, but wait why are you Jamaican? And Uncle Phil and Aunt Viv 3 episodes in are having marital woes, Ashley is barley on the show, and Carlton keeps putting drugs up his nose. If you never saw the original, and don't know about the changes, you might not care, but I did so here's my review of season 1 of Bel-Air.

One of the things that I love about doing the podcast are interviewing passionate artists, and there are few that exemplfy that as much as Erin C. Buckley.
You know her most likely from her web series "Platonic", "CC Dances the Go-Go", or "Either Side of Midnight."
We covered an array of topics in this interview, including her career, what aspirations she has moving forward, how she got through lockdown, and a ton of other stuff, and since it's International Women's Day, what better way to celebrate than listening to some words of wisdom from an amazing artist?
Please enjoy my interview with renaissance woman, Erin C. Buckley!

Did we really need a remake of this movie?
Look, I just learned who Jack Harlow was like a month ago, but filling Woody Harrelson's shoes are a big ask for anyone, let alone....Jack Harlow.
A re-imagining(or at this movie would say a remix) of the 1992 film, we get Sinqua Walls and the aforementioned Jack Harlow stepping into the Wesley Snipes/Woody Harrelson roles as two basketball players, who are addicted to gambling trying to hustle to achieve their dreams. How does this..........remix measure up to the 1992 original film, or heck is this version even good?

Michael B Jordan steps back into the ring(and behind the camera) to deliver the latest in the Creed saga. Reunited with a friend from his past, Creed must face his demons in the form of his greatest foe to date, while continuing to establish his legacy as one of the all time greats.
Is this one of the best directorial debuts ever? Does this series still have juice 3 films in? Does Michael B Jordan actually like anime?

It's one of the most uncomfortable films I've ever seen in my life, and I can't stress that enough.
You can stream it on Hulu, but should you?

Do you love watching Glenn Howerton losing his mind? Well, do I have a movie for you.
Blackberry stars Glenn Howerton and Jay Baruchel as Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis about the rise and fall of a product that has way more significance that you probably realize.
Co-Starring and directed by Matthew Johnson, check out my review of Blackberry!

While I understand why Marvel would want to "age up" Cassie Lang in the form of Kathryn Newton, there's a chemistry between Rudd & Abby Ryder Fortson was amazing.
With that said, she's moved onto a new franchise with Are You There God, It's Me Margaret starring the aforementioned Abby Ryder Fortson and Rachel McAdams, has Ryder as the titular character navigating everything from a new town, to boys, and growing up.
Directed by Kelly Fremon Craig, the director of my favorite film of 2016 in The Edge of Seventeen, does this film recapture that level of quality?
