Since Jumanji isn't enough, Dwayne Johnson wants to start another adventure franchise based on something hilarious, and since Emily Blunt doesn't want to play Sue Storm; he dragged her along for the ride....or the cruise as it were.

Dwayne Johnson stars in Netflix's most expensive film Netflix has produced, because as well all know the budget on a film directly ties to its quality.
